The Membership Concierge I position at Life Time plays a vital role as the first point of contact for all members and guests entering the facility. As a Membership Concierge I, you will be responsible for greeting members and guests, assisting with inquiries about club programming, events, pricing, and policies, as well as facilitating member transactions and account updates. Job Requirements
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Must have good verbal communication
- Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- HS graduate or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to serve others

- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
- Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
- Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- Assists members with transactions and general account changes
