The Membership Concierge I role is integral to Life Time’s mission of delivering a superior member experience. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service or reception experience
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Commitment to serve others

  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have good verbal communication
  • Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
