You will maintain an up-to-date understanding of the club’s programming, events, pricing, and policies to provide members and guests with accurate and helpful information. Building relationships through a hospitality mindset is central to this role, as creating extraordinary experiences encourages member loyalty and community engagement. Additionally, you will assist members with transactions and account updates, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
