The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace culture that values the unique contributions of each team member while maintaining equal employment opportunities based on merit and qualifications.
The role of Membership Concierge II at Life Time involves serving as a professional focal point for members and guests within the resort environment. You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and proactively reaching out to members and guests to support their engagement with Life Time’s programs and services. Staying informed about club programming, events, pricing, and policies is essential to educating members effectively and enhancing their experience. This role also involves assisting members with account maintenance, processing changes and transactions related to programs, services, and product payments. Furthermore, the Membership Concierge II acts as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention efforts, helping to secure long-term loyalty.
Resolving member questions and concerns is a critical component of this role, requiring problem-solving skills and the use of appropriate tools and resources for service recovery. The position suits candidates who are skilled multi-taskers capable of delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, comfortable standing for prolonged periods, and who possess a friendly, outgoing demeanor. This career opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and motivated to build a rewarding career in health and wellness club management.
