The role of Membership Concierge is an integral position within Andaz Miami Beach, reporting to the Director of Membership. As the front-facing ambassador of the members club, the Membership Concierge is tasked with cultivating deep, meaningful relationships with members by providing highly personalized, intuitive, and discreet service. This role is essential to supporting the entire membership lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, daily service, and retention efforts, all while maintaining the highest standards of excellence and warmth.

The Membership Concierge offers a primary point of contact for members, delivering tailored lifestyle services that anticipate members’ preferences and respond proactively to their needs. Responsibilities include assisting with member onboarding and orientations, maintaining up-to-date member profiles within CRM systems, and handling communications via multiple channels with professionalism and discretion. The Membership Concierge also supports administrative tasks such as billing inquiries, membership applications, renewals, upgrades, and general account management.

Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of member-focused events and exclusive experiences, the Membership Concierge captures member feedback to continuously improve club offerings. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and maintains discretion and confidentiality in all interactions. Additional duties include acting as a brand ambassador for the club’s culture and values, fostering loyalty and connection among members, and occasionally performing lateral service tasks to contribute to exceptional overall guest experiences.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, private clubs, or member-based environments
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, comfort with technology and data entry
  • Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for hospitality and member engagement
  • Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift

  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Job Duties

  • Under the general guidance of the Director of Membership, the Membership Concierge is a front-facing ambassador of the members club, responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with members while delivering highly personalized, intuitive, and refined service
  • This role supports the full membership lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to daily service and retention, ensuring every interaction reflects the club's standards of excellence, discretion, and warmth
  • Serve as a primary point of contact of members, delivering elevated, personalized service at every touch point
  • Anticipate members preferences, and proactively respond to needs and requests
  • Assist with member onboarding, orientations, and ongoing engagement initiatives
  • Maintain a strong on-floor presence to foster connection, loyalty, and community
  • Support membership applications, renewals, upgrades, an inquires with accuracy and discretion
  • Maintain up to date member profiles, preferences, and interactions in the membership database
  • Handle member communications via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with billing questions, account updates, and general administrative support
  • Support member events, activations, and exclusive experiences, including check-in, hosting, and follow up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of member programming
  • Capture member feedback and insights to enhance offerings and experiences
  • Partner closely with other departments to deliver cohesive member journey
  • Uphold all brand standards, service values, and confidentiality expectations
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the culture, values, and lifestyle of the club at all times
  • We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service
  • We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service
