Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or 3 years of experience in museums or cultural organizations
  • experience in customer service, fundraising, and data entry
  • strong data entry and collection skills
  • excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience in providing high-level customer service
  • proficiency in Raiser's Edge preferable but not required
  • bilingual skills preferred but not required
