The Hyper Wellness Representative role at Restore Hyper Wellness is central to the customer experience and the success of each location. This position involves being the friendly, knowledgeable face of the company, greeting clients and guiding them through Restore’s wide variety of wellness services. The representative is responsible for facilitating client interactions that include assisting with bookings and inquiries over the phone, managing scheduling, and helping new clients onboard by completing necessary medical waivers and creating profiles in the company’s point-of-sale system. In addition, the representative plays a crucial role in growing Restore’s membership base by conducting tours, explaining the benefits and precautions of various services, selling service packages, and coordinating monthly events designed to engage and educate clients.
