Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers
- 6 months customer service experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- willingness to support recruiting hiring and scheduling activities
- availability to participate in sales and marketing events
- commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial and personal information
Job Qualifications
- 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers
- 6 months customer service experience
- supervisory experience preferred including hiring evaluating mentoring developing managing workload of others
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead teams and promote positive work environment
- knowledge of sales and marketing in retail settings is beneficial
- proficiency in handling financial transactions and resolving customer complaints
- capability to train and develop associates

Job Duties
- assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties providing training and guidance on member service approaches resolving member complaints ensuring compliance with company policies supporting recruiting hiring scheduling promoting coaching and evaluating associates
- communicate and support membership by providing information on types programs benefits processing memberships upgrades and credit accounts encouraging renewals participating in sales and marketing events completing required documentation striving to meet membership goals
- provide member service by acknowledging members identifying needs assisting with purchases locating merchandise providing guidance on self-service technology assisting with transactions ensuring club pick up orders are filled
- oversee assigned area by handling claims and returns zoning arranging merchandise identifying shrink and damages organizing carts and assisting members with transporting items maintaining parking lot cleanliness
- complete accounting records files transactions follow office procedures manage register funds prepare financial reports assist with investigations prepare daily deposits oversee cash fund transfers investigate cash discrepancies maintain confidentiality of financial and personal information
- develop communicate and implement processes by collaborating with managers coworkers and customers analyzing information monitoring progress addressing improvements
- demonstrate promote and support compliance with company policies procedures ethics and integrity explain and guide application of standards implement action plans assist management with ethical corrections
