Job Requirements

  • Six months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
  • Six months customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Preferred experience leading a front-end team
  • Supervisory experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties

  • Assist management with supervising associates in assigned areas
  • assign duties and communicate goals and feedback
  • train associates on processes and procedures
  • provide direction on member service and resolve member issues
  • ensure compliance with company policies and the Open Door Policy
  • participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates
  • communicate and support membership by providing information and processing memberships and upgrades
  • encourage membership renewals and participate in sales and marketing events
  • provide member service by assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and supporting self-service technology
  • oversee area by handling claims, returns, zoning, and organizing merchandise
  • maintain availability of carts and parking lot cleanliness
  • complete accounting records and transactions, manage cash operations, prepare deposits and investigations
  • develop and implement business processes by collaborating with managers and co-workers
  • promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • lead and participate in team activities and provide advice and support to meet goals
