Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and operate retail equipment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Job Duties

  • Ensures area of responsibility is maintained according to company policies by handling returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
  • Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, acknowledging members, assisting with purchases and locating merchandise
  • Maintains self-checkout area by resolving member issues, promoting products, supporting self-service technology, processing purchases, and assisting with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Assists in securing and safeguarding assets by observing and reporting potential criminal activity, maintaining documentation, executing emergency response, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices
  • Trains Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, new technology, and program rollouts
  • Complies with company policies and ethics by implementing action plans and practicing the Open Door Policy
  • Completes work assignments using policies, collaborating with team members, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback
