Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • knowledge of Adobe and Canva preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
  • availability to work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a receptionist, administrative professional, concierge, or customer service agent in a guest-oriented environment
  • hospitality major preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • knowledge of Adobe and Canva
  • exceptional proofreading skills for member communications
  • strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • planning and organizational abilities
  • ability to multitask

Job Duties

  • Provide efficient and friendly customer service by greeting members and guests warmly
  • answer phone calls and assist in directing them to appropriate departments
  • assist the Member Relations Director with organizing and managing member events
  • support the Membership Director in marketing initiatives and promotional material creation
  • keep the club website current with event updates, class schedules, and facility openings or closings
  • respond to inquiries regarding club policies, events, and facilities
  • assist with various administrative duties and special projects
