Member Service Representative / Teller - Full Time

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer service driven Teller to join our team. This role is central to ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate financial transactions for our members across various channels, including in-person, phone, and mail. As a Teller at Hello Credit Union, you will be responsible for handling essential banking tasks such as recording and logging transactions, preparing transaction reports, counting and packaging currency, and reconciling cash drawers. Beyond these operational duties, you will also assist members with opening new accounts, supporting loan applications, and exchanging foreign currency. A significant part of the role involves promoting and cross-selling the credit union’s products and services to help members meet their financial goals and enhance their banking experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and prior experience in cash handling and customer service. Confidentiality and accuracy are critical as you will be entrusted with sensitive customer information and financial transactions daily.
