Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support, sales, or event coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel in-state and lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to perform remote administrative tasks

Job Duties
- Host 3-4 weekly recruitment events at campuses, churches, and markets
- Present to diverse audiences and manage event logistics
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers
- Perform remote administrative tasks such as supply ordering, volunteer training, and reporting
- Collaborate with Account Managers to align strategy and recruitment goals
- Travel in-state with reliable transportation and lift up to 30 lbs
