High school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication and customer service skills
ability to handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely
ability to follow safety and operational procedures
flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
legally authorized to work in the United States
willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies
basic math skills for cash handling
ability to use point of sale and self-checkout technology
problem-solving skills to resolve member issues
physical ability to perform tasks including lifting and stocking merchandise.

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience
retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers
familiarity with mobile retail applications
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to maintain professionalism and positivity under pressure
teamwork and collaboration skills
basic computer literacy
attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
prior experience in a high-volume retail environment preferred
knowledge of company policies and member service protocols.
