- retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers

Job Duties
- maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- follows forklift spotting procedures
- follows procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- follows company steel standard guidelines
- corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management
- provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- locates merchandise
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes the company's products and services
- provides guidance and support to members regarding member self-service technology
- processes member purchases
- assists members with payments according to company policies and procedures
- assists members with transactions utilizing registers or self-checkout area
- zones the area
- arranges and organizes merchandise
- complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources
- collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners
- identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- carries out tasks
- communicates progress and information
- determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities
