Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
ability to operate cash registers and self-checkout technology
capability to stand for extended periods
readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
strong communication skills
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
problem-solving skills
willingness to maintain safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience
retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
experience working with mobile retail applications
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
problem-solving aptitude
ability to stand for long periods
high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
follow forklift spotting procedures
handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to guidelines
correct and report unsafe situations to management
provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
resolve member issues and concerns
promote company products and services
support members with self-service technology
process member purchases
assist with payments and transactions using registers or self-checkout
zone and organize merchandise area
comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
collaborate with managers, co-workers, and business partners to complete assignments
identify priorities and deadlines
communicate progress and information
adapt to and learn from change and feedback
