Job Requirements

- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate cash registers and other front-end equipment
- capability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- standing for long periods
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- problem-solving aptitude
- compliance with safety and operational procedures
- legal work authorization for the United States

Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials properly
- correct and report unsafe situations to management
- provide member service by acknowledging and greeting members
- assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote company products and services
- offer guidance on member self-service technology
- process member purchases accurately
- assist with different payment types according to policies
- assist members with transactions using registers and self-checkout
- zone and organize merchandise areas
- maintain clean, neat, and member-ready checkout and surrounding areas
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and team members
- communicate progress and adapt to changes and feedback
- support merchandising and overall club operations as directed
