Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to follow safety guidelines and procedures

- Customer service experience
- Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash register
- Experience working with mobile retail applications
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional member service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- following forklift spotting procedures
- following procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- following company steel standard guidelines
- and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management
- Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying members needs
- assisting members with purchasing decisions
- locating merchandise
- resolving member issues and concerns
- promoting the company's products and services
- providing guidance and support to members regarding member self-service technology
- processing member purchases
- assisting members with payments according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types
- assisting members with transactions utilizing registers or self-checkout area
- zoning the area
- and arranging and organizing merchandise
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans
- using the Open Door Policy
- and applying these in executing business processes and practices
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources
