Job Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to follow safety and company procedures
Must be at least 18 years old
Availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in customer service or retail environments preferred
Familiarity with operating front-end equipment such as cash registers
Ability to work with mobile retail applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
Running registers and supporting members through self-checkout experiences
Scanning items, processing payments accurately, and handling different payment types according to policy
Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
Conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions
Collaborating with managers and co-workers to address priorities and improve service
