Job Duties

  • Maintain safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps
  • follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous materials handling
  • correct and report unsafe situations
  • provide member service by acknowledging and greeting members
  • assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
  • resolve member issues and concerns
  • promote company products and services
  • support members with self-checkout technology
  • process member purchases and payments
  • assist members with transactions using registers or self-checkout
  • zone and organize merchandise area
  • comply with company policies and ethics standards
  • complete work assignments using company data and collaborating with team members
  • identify priorities and deadlines
  • communicate progress and recommend improvements
  • adapt to change and feedback
