Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

previous customer service or retail experience preferred
experience operating front end equipment such as cash registers
ability to work with mobile retail applications
strong communication and interpersonal skills
proven multi-tasking ability

ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

Maintain safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps
follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous materials handling
correct and report unsafe situations
provide member service by acknowledging and greeting members
assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
resolve member issues and concerns
promote company products and services
support members with self-checkout technology
process member purchases and payments
assist members with transactions using registers or self-checkout
zone and organize merchandise area
comply with company policies and ethics standards
complete work assignments using company data and collaborating with team members
identify priorities and deadlines
communicate progress and recommend improvements
adapt to change and feedback
