Job Duties
- Assist members and guests with pre-arrival process, assist with arrival and check-in, coordinate member activities and experiences, conduct pre-arrival and pre-departure calls, manage grocery and amenity orders, review and log member preferences, handle Front Office duties including check-in and check-out, prepare arrival packets and departure folios, perform audit checklists, prepare and distribute welcome packages, process billing and perform administrative duties, respond to visitor information requests, arrange transportation and reservations, address special requests from members and guests, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, assist with bell and valet services, perform Lobby Ambassador tasks, review and document shift logs and daily memos, report safety incidents and complete training, follow company policies and maintain professional appearance, maintain confidentiality of information, welcome and acknowledge guests with professionalism, communicate clearly and professionally, support team goals, comply with quality assurance standards, stand sit or walk for extended periods, move objects up to 10 pounds, perform other duties as assigned
