Job Duties
- assist members and guests with pre-arrival process
- conduct pre-arrival calls
- handle arrival/check-in and departure/check-out
- manage member activities and experiences
- resolve guest problems and special requests
- prepare arrival packets and departure folios
- perform billing and administrative duties
- respond to visitor information and special arrangement requests
- coordinate with other departments such as engineering, bellperson, and housekeeping
- assist with bell and valet services
- perform lobby ambassador tasks
- document shift logs and daily memos
- report incidents and unsafe conditions
- ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- support team goals and provide excellent customer service
