Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • at least one year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • assist members and guests with pre-arrival process
  • conduct pre-arrival calls
  • handle arrival/check-in and departure/check-out
  • manage member activities and experiences
  • resolve guest problems and special requests
  • prepare arrival packets and departure folios
  • perform billing and administrative duties
  • respond to visitor information and special arrangement requests
  • coordinate with other departments such as engineering, bellperson, and housekeeping
  • assist with bell and valet services
  • perform lobby ambassador tasks
  • document shift logs and daily memos
  • report incidents and unsafe conditions
  • ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • support team goals and provide excellent customer service
