Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum one year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or carry objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Capability to follow safety procedures and company policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist members and guests with pre-arrival processes
  • Conduct pre-arrival and pre-departure calls
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures
  • Prepare arrival packets and departure folios
  • Perform audit checklists and administrative duties
  • Respond to visitor information requests and make special arrangements
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest requests
