Job Duties
- Assist members and guests with pre-arrival, arrival, and check-in process
- handle member activities and experiences
- resolve issues and facilitate payment and checkout
- make pre-arrival calls to members
- manage provisioning requests and amenities orders
- record preferences in the computer system
- contact members for pre-departure calls
- perform front office tasks including check-in/out and preparing arrival packages and billing
- respond to visitor inquiries and arrange transportation, reservations, or laundry services
- address special requests and verify guest satisfaction
- gather and provide information on property amenities and local events
- process all incoming calls, messages, and requests
- coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve issues
- assist with reservation services and support valet/bell services
- perform lobby ambassador duties
- update shift logs and daily memos
- report accidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions to management
- comply with company policies and safety standards
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and recognize Residence owners and guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- build positive workplace relationships and support team goals
- comply with quality control standards
- perform physical duties as required
