Job Duties

  • Assist members and guests with pre-arrival, arrival, and check-in process
  • handle member activities and experiences
  • resolve issues and facilitate payment and checkout
  • make pre-arrival calls to members
  • manage provisioning requests and amenities orders
  • record preferences in the computer system
  • contact members for pre-departure calls
  • perform front office tasks including check-in/out and preparing arrival packages and billing
  • respond to visitor inquiries and arrange transportation, reservations, or laundry services
  • address special requests and verify guest satisfaction
  • gather and provide information on property amenities and local events
  • process all incoming calls, messages, and requests
  • coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve issues
  • assist with reservation services and support valet/bell services
  • perform lobby ambassador duties
  • update shift logs and daily memos
  • report accidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions to management
  • comply with company policies and safety standards
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome and recognize Residence owners and guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • build positive workplace relationships and support team goals
  • comply with quality control standards
  • perform physical duties as required
  • execute other reasonable job duties as assigned
