Job Requirements

- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- assist members and guests with the pre-arrival process
- manage arrival and check-in procedures
- coordinate member activities and experiences
- resolve guest problems efficiently
- handle member departure and check-out
- conduct pre-arrival arrangement calls including grocery and amenity orders
- review and log member preferences in computer systems
- perform front office duties including preparing arrival packets and departure folios
- perform daily audit checklists
- prepare and distribute welcome packages
- process billing and administrative tasks
- respond to visitor inquiries and special service requests including transportation and reservations
- assist guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- provide information about property amenities and local events
- answer and process all calls, messages, requests, and questions
- liaise with other departments such as engineering, bellperson, and housekeeping
- assist with reservation services
- support bell and valet services for vehicle requests
- perform lobby ambassador duties
- review and document shift logs and daily memos
- report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- comply with all safety training and certifications
- maintain company policies and procedures including confidentiality and asset protection
- provide professional and courteous communication with all guests and colleagues
- develop and maintain positive team relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds
