Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • assist members and guests with the pre-arrival process
  • manage arrival and check-in procedures
  • coordinate member activities and experiences
  • resolve guest problems efficiently
  • handle member departure and check-out
  • conduct pre-arrival arrangement calls including grocery and amenity orders
  • review and log member preferences in computer systems
  • perform front office duties including preparing arrival packets and departure folios
  • perform daily audit checklists
  • prepare and distribute welcome packages
  • process billing and administrative tasks
  • respond to visitor inquiries and special service requests including transportation and reservations
  • assist guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • provide information about property amenities and local events
  • answer and process all calls, messages, requests, and questions
  • liaise with other departments such as engineering, bellperson, and housekeeping
  • assist with reservation services
  • support bell and valet services for vehicle requests
  • perform lobby ambassador duties
  • review and document shift logs and daily memos
  • report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • comply with all safety training and certifications
  • maintain company policies and procedures including confidentiality and asset protection
  • provide professional and courteous communication with all guests and colleagues
  • develop and maintain positive team relationships
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds
