Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of related work experience preferably in customer service or sales
ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups
capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
adaptability to work varying shifts including Saturdays
ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds
proficiency with multiple computer systems and software applications
flexibility to travel for business meetings or conferences
willingness to work from different branch locations as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of work experience preferably in sales or customer service roles including hospitality, insurance, retail, service industry, call centers, or fast-paced offices
proven ability to focus on results and meet deliverables on time
effective communication skills to engage and retain audiences
ability to develop quality relationships and collaborate with team members
experience working with sales and service standards and goals preferred

Job Duties

Performs fundamental customer interactions including member services and product sales
knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services
adheres to branch operations and compliance including member experience, member services, concierge, DMV, auto travel, insurance services, smart home security
promotes AAA products and services to members to achieve individual and branch goals
understands and anticipates member needs, identifies and recommends relevant solutions
interacts with members in person and via phone to deliver outstanding service
learns and utilizes custom software applications to support member services
