Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends holidays and peak summer hours
- Ability to multitask and handle dynamic situations
- Passion for hospitality and member service
- Familiarity with private club etiquette preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality customer service or event coordination preferably in a private club or luxury resort setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy outdoor environment and delegate tasks
- Creative mindset with a passion for curating unique member experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle member concerns gracefully
- Consistent and open communication to team members and upper management
- Availability to work weekends holidays and peak summer hours
- Experience in recreation aquatics or food & beverage operations preferred
- Knowledge or willingness to learn of high-end service standards and private club etiquette
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and interact with members and guests ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Build relationships with members to understand their preferences and enhance their experience
- Address member inquiries concerns and special requests professionally and efficiently
- Act as a liaison between members and other club departments to ensure seamless service by thoroughly understanding the club rules and eagerness to uphold them
- Plan and execute engaging activities events and themed experiences on the pool deck for members of all ages
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Recreation teams to create unique offerings and consistent service for the members in attendance
- Assist with promoting and communicating events via digital platforms signage and direct member outreach
- Ensure the pool deck environment is clean organized and operating smoothly
- Monitor lounge chairs tables and amenities to optimize member enjoyment
- Coordinate with lifeguards and pool staff to ensure safety and compliance with club policies
- Collect and analyze member feedback to continuously improve the poolside experience
- Communicate with management regarding member suggestions and service enhancements
- Assist with creating content for newsletters social media and member communications related to pool activities
