Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or sales
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Documents
- ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- must work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- must pass background checks including criminal, CPS, and drug testing
- must complete required employee training
- ability to stand or sit for long periods
- maturity and good judgment
- effective team-building and leadership capabilities

- ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments
- ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- effective relating to diverse community groups

- previous customer service or sales experience

- flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- former YMCA experience utilizing SGA Sales preferred
Job Duties
- Implement sales and membership strategies supporting new member recruitment and retention
- create a member-focused culture with exemplary relationship-building skills
- foster innovation and resolve problems ensuring member satisfaction
- promote program and membership enrollment alongside marketing efforts
- coordinate program registration logistics including phone, walk-in and web
- ensure proper implementation and communication of member service procedures
- assist in organizing membership events and represent YMCA at community events
