Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and printing
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- receive and distribute mail and packages
- assist with administrative tasks as needed
