The role being offered is a member experience coordinator position focused on enhancing member engagement, driving retention, and facilitating seamless communication between members and club management. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or member relations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
