Job Requirements

  • Two year college degree or equivalent restaurant experience
  • Ability to follow food safety standards
  • Ability and willingness to lead by example with detail orientation
  • Ability to read directions and manuals
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Computer literacy including Excel and Word
  • High energy and positive outlook
  • Non-fraternizing maturity and good sense of humor

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience in full service
  • Proven work history and career progression
  • Ability to read and write English proficiently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and email
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily dining room operations
  • Coordinate service of servers, server assistants, and bussers
  • Solve guest service problems
  • Conduct daily training meetings
  • Manage daily reservations and staffing
  • Perform opening and closing shift responsibilities
  • Oversee specialty area assignments such as wine and spirits, payroll, marketing, and inventory management
