Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum three years managing pharmaceutical events
  • Experience with Cvent or similar tools preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry guidelines
  • Proficient in IT software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience managing pharmaceutical meetings
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Excellent knowledge of virtual meeting platforms and registration software
  • Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines with high quality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with financial management for projects

Job Duties

  • Organize and manage meeting logistics to support pharmaceutical events
  • Participate in project planning meetings and provide expert quality control
  • Manage client relationships and proactively address project scope changes
  • Oversee delegate travel and attendance at international meetings
  • Conduct site visits to ensure meeting success
  • Ensure budget accuracy and conduct financial reconciliations
  • Manage on-site delivery and supplier communications
