Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of relevant event planning experience
- Prior experience in professional services or corporate setting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in groups
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
- Experience with event software preferred
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Willingness to travel as needed for event support
Job Qualifications

- 1-3 years of meeting and event planning experience
- Prior experience in professional services or corporate environments
- Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

- Superior customer service skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
- Experience with Canva, Zkipster, Zoom Meetings, and Cvent preferred

- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction
Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute local office social events such as in-office parties and team celebrations
- Provide planning and execution support for larger events including annual holiday parties, summer parties, and ski trips
- Assist with training programs, recruiting events, and marketing conferences ranging from small to large audiences
- Support major firm-wide internal meetings including Senior Staff Annual Meetings, Partner Meetings, and orientations
- Manage corporate gifting operations including researching, ordering, tracking, and distribution
- Create and manage event invitations, handle RSVP and registration processes
- Assist with vendor contract negotiations and administration
- Track event-related expenses and maintain venue recommendations
- Provide on-site event support including set-up, break-down, and managing event communications
- Travel as needed to support on-site event management
