The Meetings & Events Coordinator plays a vital role within Analysis Group, focusing on supporting the planning and execution of a variety of internal and client-facing events, as well as coordinating office social activities and corporate gifting. Reporting directly to the Meetings & Events Manager, this position is integral to the successful delivery of a wide array of events including local office parties, celebrations, training programs, recruiting initiatives, marketing events, and firm-wide internal meetings. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with consulting and administrative staff across all levels of the organization to ensure that events run smoothly and exceed expectations.

Primary responsibilities revolve around event support from conception through execution. This includes managing logistics, vendor coordination, and providing hands-on assistance during events. Events vary in size from intimate gatherings of around 25 people to large-scale occasions with 300 or more attendees, spanning national and international locations. The Coordinator will also handle corporate gifting tasks, including researching, vetting, ordering, tracking, and distributing gifts for staff, affiliates, and specific events. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to support both small team-based functions and large, complex corporate events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1 year of substantive relevant experience required
  • prior meeting and event planning experience preferred
  • excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
