Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 year of substantive relevant experience required
- prior meeting and event planning experience preferred
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- flexibility in working independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
- ability to use event-related software such as Canva and Zoom
- must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- willingness to travel as necessary for onsite events
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 to 3 years of meeting and event planning experience
- prior experience in professional services or corporate environment preferred
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- strong written and verbal communication

- proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
- experience with Canva, Zkipster, Zoom Meetings, and Cvent preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute in-office social events and celebrations
- assist in planning and support of larger office parties like holiday and summer events
- provide logistical support for training programs and recruiting events
- contribute to organizing client-facing marketing events and international symposiums
- support firm-wide internal meetings including annual senior staff gatherings and partner retreats
- research, vet, order, and organize corporate gifting
- manage event invitations, RSVPs, vendor contracts, and track event expenses
- provide onsite event support including setup and breakdown
- monitor communications through the events inbox
- travel as needed for onsite event management
