Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of meeting planners and coordinators
- oversee event logistics from planning to execution and post-event review
- collaborate with AV, hospitality, and catering teams to ensure high-quality service
- manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance metrics
- support high-impact events and provide strategic planning guidance
- monitor budgets, staffing, and conference center operations
- drive continuous improvement and uphold Baird's client-first culture
