Job Requirements
- Be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of job-related experience
- In-depth understanding of job-related processes and procedures
- Problem-solving skills with ability to review and select solutions
- Ability to explain complex or sensitive information clearly
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Physically able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift 50 lbs or more
- Ability to follow work routines and standards
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of job-related experience
- In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems within job function
- Problem-solving skills with ability to review and select solutions
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset
- Good communication skills to exchange straightforward information
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
- Physically capable of stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting 50 lbs or more
Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
- Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Record and log service requests and track the statuses
- Provide administrative aid to the event team as needed
- Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
- Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors and provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner
- Resolve problems and identify appropriate approaches to solutions
- Establish new techniques to meet team objectives
- Ensure outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
- Provide support for meetings and events
- Coordinate guest services including arrival experience, transportation, signage, displays, special needs, printing, event security
- Create a hospitable environment for attendees, event owners, vendors on event days
- Assist with conference room turnover and room refresh
- Respond to event activities such as gathering supplies, equipment needs, food and beverage services, facility security
- Organize and track inventory event supplies and alert team for new orders
- Escalate potential issues and concerns appropriately
- Use procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision
- Suggest improvements to processes and solutions to improve team efficiency
