Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in event planning or related field
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with office software
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, programs, and trainings for the Association
  • Manage administrative and logistical tasks related to events
  • Monitor and control event budgets and contracts
  • Arrange facilities and handle vendor coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize program deliverables
  • Provide excellent service and communication to members and stakeholders
  • Perform related duties as assigned
