Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors in the building offering support as needed
  • Process reservations from the shared mailbox reserving appropriate space and sharing details with assigned Planning Manager
  • Provide meeting room materials and supplies as requested by clients
  • Communicate effectively and timely with internal departments such as Food & Beverage Audio-Visual Transportation and Conference Floor to meet customer requests
  • Relay client needs to relevant internal departments and subcontractors before and during meetings
  • Verify meeting room setups prior to start of meetings to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Prepare and submit daily Catering Cover sheets
  • Conduct weekly conference center inspections and submit work order requests
  • Assist with daily placement of room meeting signs
  • Serve as temporary fill in for Guest Services Agent duties as needed
  • Participate in scheduled team meetings discussing upcoming events logistical matters and potential operational challenges
  • Maintain knowledge of property layout policies procedures and meeting room technology capabilities
