Job Duties
- Lead complex master meeting and events calendar for medium to large sized event space
- Communicate and plan meetings with event staff and proactively plan logistics across the master calendar
- Handle events as projects from planning through execution including creating detailed timelines
- Participate and/or lead planning calls ensuring events comply with building safety and security regulations
- Coordinate with internal partners and outside vendors to manage client expectations
- Manage food and beverage planning and consultation with clients
- Capture post-event reporting, reconciliation and recommend improvements
- Support and guide junior team members
- Assist with budget creation and ensure adherence including invoice processing
