Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior event coordination or customer service experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • be the first point of contact for facility visitors
  • record and log service requests and track their status
  • provide administrative support to the events team
  • deliver world-class customer service
  • build and maintain a database of local business recommendations
  • follow security and emergency procedures
  • address client and coworker inquiries professionally
  • resolve problems and suggest solutions
  • lead by example following CBRE RISE values
  • support meeting and event coordination
  • coordinate guest services including arrival, transportation, signage, and special needs
  • create a hospitable event environment
  • assist with conference room turnovers
  • respond to event activities such as supplies and food services
  • organize and track event inventory
  • escalate issues appropriately
  • suggest process improvements
