Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
  • Understanding of processes, procedures, systems within job function
  • Problem-solving skills with capacity to select solutions and explain complex information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift/carry heavy loads up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow work routines and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
  • In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts relevant to the job function
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact and greet visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Record and log service requests and track statuses
  • Provide administrative aid to the events team
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
  • Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including transportation, dining, and entertainment
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties
  • Acknowledge and resolve inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors professionally
  • Support meetings and events by coordinating guest services such as arrival experience, transportation, signage, displays, special needs, printing, and event security
  • Assist with conference room turnover and midday room refresh
  • Organize and track event supplies and inventory
  • Escalate potential issues and suggest improvements to processes
