Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administrative duties preferably in commercial real estate or related industry
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in budget management and financial reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assisting in administrative duties preferably in commercial real estate or related industry
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in budget management and financial reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and target audience
- Coordinate event logistics, such as registration, attendee tracking, and on-site support
- Prepare event materials, including presentations, agendas, name badges, and promotional items
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including venues, vendors, speakers, and entertainment to ensure seamless event execution
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event collateral, invitations, and promotional materials
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event planning and management
- Provide additional support to the Experience Team (lobby support) as needed
