Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage or provide support for corporate, Colonial Life, and Unum meetings and events
- Develop programs from conception to completion to achieve desired experiences
- Perform meeting logistical tasks such as schedule design, flight tracking, and vendor order review
- Provide technical support by building registration sites and managing meeting data
- Maintain expense tracking and prepare tax reports
- Deliver and track communications to business owners, vendors, and attendees
- Assist with onsite operation management including rooming, transportation, meal planning
- Manage smaller scale meetings and provide support for larger events
- Continuously improve meeting planning processes and technical support
- Collaborate with business partners and senior management on objectives and budgets
- Manage development of materials, awards, approvals, and delivery
- Oversee budget expectations and expense reporting
- Research and negotiate contracts for venues and transportation
- Act as liaison to external vendors
- Perform other assigned duties
