Job Duties
- Collaborate with group coordinators and hosts prior to events to make introductions and confirm arrangements
- review and analyze banquet event orders to understand guest needs and event details such as setup, timelines, and special requirements
- address and fulfill any special requests for banquet events, ensuring complete compliance with arrangements
- adhere to safety and security policies, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management
- maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information
- welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their service needs and expressing genuine appreciation
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members, promoting a positive work environment
- ensure quality expectations and standards are consistently met
- perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- complete other reasonable duties as assigned by management
