We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Restaurant Server to join the Mediterraneo team. This role offers a competitive compensation rate of $16.90 per hour plus tips, ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. As a Restaurant Server, you will be the face of the dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until their departure. The role demands a high level of attentiveness, professionalism, and a positive attitude to maintain the restaurant’s standards of service excellence.

The position is ideal for someone with at least three years of fine dining experience and a background as a busser and food runner, providing a well-rounded understanding of restaurant operations. You will be responsible for greeting guests, helping them find their seats, taking accurate orders, offering menu recommendations, and serving food and beverages promptly and courteously. Beyond serving, you will be expected to check in on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues or requests that arise. Handling payments accurately and maintaining a clean and organized dining area are also key components of the role.

Working at Mediterraneo means collaborating closely with other staff to ensure a seamless and efficient dining experience. This requires excellent communication skills and the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Candidates must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday evenings for 5 to 6-hour shifts, with mandatory availability on Sundays. Physical demands of the job include standing and walking for extended periods, twisting, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, crouching, and lifting up to 25 pounds using proper techniques. Job Duties
