We are currently seeking a dedicated Busser to join our team at Mediterraneo. This role is essential in maintaining the seamless flow of service throughout the dining experience, ensuring that our guests receive the highest standards of hospitality at all times. The position offers compensation at $16.90 per hour plus tips, reflecting the value we place on this critical role within our service team. As a Busser, you will be responsible for pre-busing and post-busing tables efficiently, resetting them to our high standards to prepare for incoming guests. You will play an active part in delivering food orders from the kitchen to tables with precision and care, facilitating a smooth dining process.

The Busser at Mediterraneo helps create a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring indoor and outdoor seating areas—including fire pits, heaters, and fireplaces—are properly set up and maintained. You will also manage the organization and restocking of clean glassware, as well as handling soiled items responsibly. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in restrooms, floors, windows, and trash removal is also a key responsibility, ensuring the restaurant environment remains pristine at all times.

Attention to detail and guest-focused communication are crucial, as you will listen attentively to guest concerns and escalate issues to management to ensure swift resolution. Additional responsibilities include reporting maintenance needs, assisting with delivering items from the kitchen to other outlets when needed, and supporting the broader team to keep service flow efficient.

The position requires weekend availability and the physical ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures. Effective communication skills in English and previous experience in bussing or restaurant service are advantageous.   • Manual dexterity for handling glassware, tableware, and cleaning tasks

Job Duties
