Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a restaurant or upscale lounge environment
- Must have a valid California Food Handler's Card
- Must have thorough knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment, and service
- Must have current knowledge of legal aspects of alcoholic beverage service (TIPS certified or ability to obtain certification)
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
