The company is currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver to operate a 26-foot box truck in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary of $24.00 per hour and consistent Monday through Friday first-shift hours from 6 AM to 4:30 PM. The position provides job stability and overtime opportunities, along with benefits including sick leave and vacation from day one.

As a box truck driver, your primary responsibility will be to service healthcare customers by collecting sharps and medical waste containers safely and reliably. You will operate a 26-foot box truck in a manner that ensures safety and compliance with Department of Transportation regulations, including vehicle inspections and log management. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading medical waste, delivering containers on schedule, maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service, and handling heavy equipment such as four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 pounds.

This role requires at least two years of delivery experience driving a 26-foot box truck, a valid DOT medical card, and a strong knowledge of DOT regulations. It’s important that the candidate demonstrates a can-do attitude with a strong customer focus and has proven longevity in previous employment. Experience with touch freight is essential, and preferred candidates may also have backgrounds in handling soiled linens, ice, liquor, pallets of food products, municipal waste, or medical/office equipment.
