Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Previous hospital valet experience preferred
  • Ability to operate automatic and manual vehicles or willingness to learn manual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hospital valet experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles preferred
  • Willingness to learn manual vehicle operation
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and compassion
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist individuals with mobility needs, including opening doors and providing directions
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area
  • Communicate effectively with hospital staff and valet team members
  • Handle keys and vehicles responsibly, ensuring security and safety
  • Provide exceptional customer service, especially in high-stress or sensitive situations
  • Report any incidents, damages, or concerns to the supervisor immediately
  • Uphold hospital policies and HIPAA confidentiality standards
