Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service-related position
- Willingness to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to understand and apply oral and written instructions
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 100 percent of the time
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Compliance with safety requirements including wearing personal protective equipment
- Availability to work overtime and extended hours
- Must be able to see, speak with customers, and observe equipment
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and demonstrate manual dexterity
Job Qualifications

- Experience preferably in medical or health provider environment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Adaptability to work overtime and extended hours
Job Duties
- Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures
- Assist qualified donors in completing screening procedures including health history assessment and vital signs measurement
- Perform finger sticks to collect samples for hematocrit and total protein levels
- Educate new donors on therapeutic products and donation process after completing training
- Register applicant and transfer donors as needed
- Answer telephone inquiries or transfer calls to appropriate staff
- Maintain awareness of donor reactions during pheresis and notify staff
- Record donor data accurately in the electronic management system
- Understand and follow all SOPs, HSE, and OSHA policies
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure availability of supplies
- Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information
- May be cross-trained in other operational areas
- Utilize bilingual skills if required
- Perform other duties as assigned
